Production Process

1. Material Preparation: Premium-grade Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is selected based on required flexibility, chemical resistance, and food contact compliance. Material is degassed and prepared for injection.

2. Precision Mold Fabrication: Multi-cavity molds are CNC-machined from hardened steel. The critical umbrella sealing surface is finished with Mirror EDM to achieve a flawless, micro-smooth finish that ensures perfect sealing.

3. LSR Injection Molding: Precisely measured LSR is injected into the heated mold cavities under controlled pressure and temperature, forming the thin, flexible umbrella membrane and stem in a single, flash-free operation.

4. Demolding and Post-Curing: The cured valves are automatically ejected. They undergo a secondary post-curing process to optimize their physical properties and long-term stability.

5. Trimming and Deflashing: Any microscopic parting line flash is removed via cryogenic deflashing or precision trimming to ensure clean edges and uncompromised sealing functionality.

6. 100% Functional Testing: Every single valve undergoes an automated pressure decay leak test to verify its sealing integrity at the specified cracking pressure. Statistical samples are tested for airflow rate.

7. Final Inspection and Packaging: Valves are visually inspected for defects, cleaned, and packaged in dust-free bags or custom packaging according to your specifications.
